Holiday Shipping Deadline
Thank you for considering a purchase from Proud Pyro! This page has been setup to explain our order fulfillment times for this holiday season.
The American Supply Chain is under a tremendous amount of stress ahead of the holiday season. We're seeing record demand ahead of the holidays and continue to deal with supplier delays and shortages of materials used to produce our products. There also continues to be unexpected delays and disruptions in UPS and USPS shipping times that are expected to get much worse as the holiday season approaches.
If you're planning on gifting one of our products this holiday season we are advising customers not to delay in purchasing to guarantee their items arrive without delay.
We also offer convenient interest-free payment options through Zip (formerly QuadPay) to make your purchases even easier ahead of the holidays.
We will continue to package and ship orders as quickly as possible through Christmas and New Years.
UPS has a cutoff date of December 20 for orders to ship to arrive before Christmas. If your order is placed after December 17 we are still working throughout the weekend to get your items shipped before that deadline but make no guarantees it will happen. We provide accurate shipping estimates on each product page so you know when to expect items to leave our facility and we boast over 95% of our orders meet or beat those shipping estimates. Our entire organization is working hard 7 days a week to make sure we take care of each one of our customers.
Orders placed after December 17 MAY STILL make it in time for Christmas depending on where the order is being shipped to. UPS is delivering through Christmas Eve and we will be working hard throughout the week to get things shipped as quickly as possible.

Hours of Operation
We rarely take any time off around here, but we plan on taking a couple of days around Christmas and New Years to spend some well-earned time with our families. The kids are only young once, and we want to see them playing with their new toys before heading back to the shop.
We will continue to provide timely responses to email inquiries, but please allow up to 24 hours to reply over the holidays. We will not be in the shop for a couple of days so phone call availability will be limited.
